ADAS calibration target board set up in front of an SUV with diagnostic laptop

ADAS Calibration in Central Florida

Almost every vehicle built in the last 5 years has a forward-facing camera mounted to the windshield. Replace the windshield without recalibrating that camera and your lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise are no longer pointed where the manufacturer aimed them. We do calibration in-house — not subbed out to a dealer with a 2-week wait.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Pre-scan

Before we touch the windshield we pull every active and historical fault from the ADAS modules so nothing gets blamed on the glass work later.

  2. Step 2

    Windshield replacement

OEM-quality glass installed with proper urethane bonding (see Windshield Replacement).

  3. Step 3

    Static calibration

Vehicle is leveled, targets are placed at manufacturer-specified distances and heights, and the camera is aimed in.

  4. Step 4

    Dynamic calibration

If your vehicle requires a road calibration, our tech runs the OEM-specified route until the system confirms a successful calibration.

  5. Step 5

    Post-scan report

You get a printed pre- and post-scan report showing every module is clear and the calibration is logged.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my vehicle needs ADAS calibration?
If your windshield has a black box, sensor housing, or camera bracket near the rearview mirror, yes — it almost certainly needs calibration after replacement. We confirm with a VIN lookup before quoting.
Will it skip the calibration to save money?
Some shops do. We don't. An uncalibrated ADAS camera is a liability the next time the car needs to brake on its own.
Will insurance cover the calibration?
Yes — comprehensive policies that cover the windshield also cover the required calibration. We bill it together.
